Maritime Mail Study Group
To promote research on maritime mail to, from and amongst the territories given in the BWISC‘s objectives*, including the rates, routes, contents & ships involved; where practicable, to meet and discuss this research; & to aid the publication of new information from this research.
*‘the islands that comprise the British West Indies and in addition BERMUDA, BRITISH GUIANA (GUYANA) and BRITISH HONDURAS (BELIZE) and…all other Caribbean territories during any period that they were under British administration or control, and those British Post Offices which operated in the Caribbean, and Central or South America.
